S. Fred Singer -- Gerhard Stohrer, corrupt accomplices of Alexis De Tocqueville Institution.

More evidence of Criminal Conspiracy to defraud congress, illegal lobbying in guise of a (pseudo) "science" report, involving knowing collaborators of S. Fred Singer. This time we establish that Gerhard Stohrer was involved in a knowing culpable way.

Singer once took offices and startup money from the Moonies, it is widely reported. The moonie front organization was/is named "Washington Institute for Values in Public Policy". What is less well known is that Singer co-founded the organization in 1990, and was its initial president, before he created the other moonie-funded startup "Science and Environmental Policy Project" ("SEPP").

Gerhard Stohrer wrote a letter to the Council for Tobacco Research requesting funding for a "scientific study" in 1991, claiming to head a project of this Washington Institute, on their letterhead.

Stohrer next appears in the tobacco trial evidence archives as a a presenter at the mock-science conference founded by Singer and others, called "International Center for A Scientific Ecology" in Paris, France, in 1993.

Very shortly thereafter, long-time accomplice Stohrer is on Singer's "Academic Advisory Board" list of names serving the deceptive purpose of concealing the tobacco-funding behind the AdTI report of notoriety: "Science, Economics, and Environmental Policy: A Critical Examination A Research Report Conducted by the Alexis De Tocqueville Institution".

The body of evidence is conclusive that Gerhard Stohrer was corrupt on the day that he participated with S. Fred Singer to create this deception propaganda to be used for illegal lobbying purposes.

The "Washington Institute for Values in Public Policy" has never had a purpose or function other than serve as cover for criminal activities.

"Science and Environmental Policy Project

This corporate science mill began in 1990 as an offshoot of the Moonie-funded think-tank Washington Institute for Values in Public Policy. Its goal is to discredit global warming, ozone depletion, and acid rain. Its director, physicist Dr. S. Fred Singer, is a former chief scientist for the Department of Transportation who has received thousands of dollars in "consulting fees" from Exxon, Shell, Arco, Unocal, and Sunoco. Singer lambastes global warming science in regular editorials in the Wall Street Journal and Washington Times. Funded by: Monsanto, Texaco, Philip Morris, and the Bradley, Forbes, and Smith Richardson foundations."
